4.1 Basic Requirements
Hv insulator products shall meet the technical requirements of this standard, and other characteristics shall meet the provisions of GB/T5892 standard.
4.2 End Accessories
Zinc coating of high voltage insulator end accessories shall comply with JB/T8177. If the connection structure is ball and socket or groove type, the size of the connection structure should conform to the provisions of GB/T4056. Mechanical tensile failure load of ball and socket or groove connectors shall conform to JB/T8178. Mechanical tensile failure load of steel foot or groove joints shall be in accordance with "B/1'9677". For 160kN and above products, zinc layer should be inspected one by one and defect detection.
4.3 Umbrella cover materials
4.3.1 flame retardancy
The flame retardancy of umbrella cover materials for high voltage insulators should meet the requirements of FV-0 in GB/T13488 standard.
4.3.2 monk water-based
The water performance of umbrella cover materials for high voltage insulators shall meet the requirements of Appendix A.
4.3.3 Electrical and mechanical properties
The main electrical and mechanical properties of umbrella cover materials for high voltage insulators should meet the following requirements:
A) Volume resistivity not less than 1X 10 "a·m;
B) Breakdown strength is not less than 20kV/mm;
C) Creepage resistance and electrical erosion loss not less than TMA4.5:
D) Tear strength not less than 7kN/m
E) Mechanical breaking strength is not less than 3MPa;
9) Shore hardness is not less than 500
Composite insulator mandrel shall meet the following test requirements:
A) Water absorption rate is less than 0.05%;
B) The power-frequency dry withstand voltage shall meet the requirements of Article B.1.3 of Appendix B;
C) Lightning shock withstand voltage is not less than 90kV (LCM long);
E) Stress corrosion resistance time is not less than 96h, tensile failure load comparison test difference is less than 10%;
F) Dye penetration test shall meet the requirements of GB/T5892;
9) Water diffusion test shall meet the requirements of GB/T5892.
4.5 Corona and radio interference levels

4.8 Interface permeability

4.9 Altitude correction
When high voltage insulators are used at altitudes above 1000m, their external insulation shall be adjusted according to the provisions of GB311.1
